ONLINE PURCHASES -  can be exchanged for a credit on Julie Dailey ART for the full amount minus any shipping costs, as long as the following  conditions are met:

- Notification of five  (5) days from the date of reception noted in the tracking to advise us in writing that they would like to return the artwork, and fourteen (14) days to pack and ship it back to us at  the collector's own expense.

- The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped. Take care when un packing your art. 

-Don't ever hesitate to ask for additional photos or videos up front of the art prior to purchase.  We can also provide rendering services where we actually place the painting in your home virtually to see how it would look.

COMMISSIONS - These are custom and unfortunately there is no return on these items. Try to remember this is an organic art piece not a mass produced item.  We work closely with you on colors and ideas and of course do our best to give you a beautiful piece of art!

SPECIAL ORDER PRINTS AND GICLESS - Unfortunately unless damage occurred in shipping these are not refundable.  We do inspect all work prior to shipping it out for quality.
